 Rumi Neely, tiene 31 años y es bloggera, popular por su estilo y fotografía. Ella fundó Fashiontoast.com en 2007. El estilo de Rumi Neely se describe como boho-chic mezclado con un toque juvenil. Está representada actualmente por la agencia de modelos PRÓXIMA. Para su blog utiliza un Xti de Canon y Canon 5D Mark I para la fotografía. Rumi dice que su estilo está influenciado por el de California , con playas, el estilo casual.

Rumi Neely is a 31 year old blogger popular for her style and photography. In 2005, she was Maxim Hometown Hotties finalist. She founded Fashiontoast.com in 2007 and combined it with an ebay vintage store called "Treasure Chest Vintage." By 2009, Fashiontoast was receiving 35,000 hits per day. Rumi Neely's style has been described as bohemian socal mixed with boyish pieces. Since the inception of her blog, Rumi Neely has become a fashion icon in the United States and Asia. 

She is currently represented by NEXT modeling agency. Rumi has designed two pieces for RVCA called RumiNeelyXRVCA and has also modeled for the company's Fall 2009 collection.

Rumi's ex boyfriend, Colin Sokol, acted as the frequent photographer for Fashiontoast. He uses a Canon Xti and Canon 5D Mark I for the photography on Fashiontoast. 

Rumi says that her style is influenced by California's, beachy, casual style.

Through the success of her blog, Rumi Neely was seated front row at Emanuel Ungaro's show in March 2009. The designer custom fit a dress for her to wear to the event.

She is half Japanese.
